Diane worked as a corporate attorney at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett before leaving the practice of law to pursue her passion for food and entertaining. After attending culinary school in Manhattan, she worked for a year at Michelin three star restaurants in France and Italy as well as the legendary Fauchon Patisserie.

Executive Chef Eric Meunier, a French native, received his culinary degree at Lycee Technique Hotelier in Grenoble, France. His signature dishes blend the traditional with the exotic in exciting and handcrafted menus. Every event is tailored to the client, the venue, the season and the occasion.
