Just a quick note to say thank you! The food was delicious and much appreciated by everyone. The butternut squash baked mac and cheese on Thursday caused a near riot and is now a legend at 41 Madison. The cocktail party was incredibly well received and timed perfectly. I can't say enough positive things about "our" staff.

You, Kathleen, and your entire staff did a fantastic job! Nancy and I (who have lots of experience with caterers) were very impressed with the quality, taste, and variety of your food, and the professionalism of your staff. We certainly will have the opportunity to work together again.

We are definitely still all aglow from our wedding! It was such an amazing event from start to finish. It actually was BETTER than I had dreamed it would be (and I was dreaming pretty big). :-) Thank you so much for helping make it such a magical day for us. Everyone was raving about the food. Everything was just perfect. We loved you & will recommend you to everyone.

We were so pleased with the whole evening and are very grateful to you for making it run so smoothly. Everything was truly delicious, the appetizers, the main course and the lemon mouse. After the evening was over [my husband] said "That was perfect!".

You did an incredible job on Saturday. The party was elegant, beautifully run and delicious.

You made this so, so painless for me. I was able to just enjoy the party and be with my guests who came from near and far.

I wish I had kept count on the number of people who sincerely complimented me on the food – all of it. They said it with a tone that conveyed that they meant it. I also was pleased with the portions – just right. One person was so delighted with the hors d’oeuvres that she said she could eat those for dinner.

The service was superb – there but not in the way. No one had to wait for anything.

Everything went so well that the problem was getting the guests to leave.

I just wanted to thank you for an absolutely wonderful evening last night. It was a complete pleasure to work with you on the party and everything ran smoothly and seamlessly.

The food was outstanding - we had so many compliments and comments as to the fact that "normally party canapes are all the same but not these!" I cannot compliment you enough on both the quality of the food - the mini cheeseburgers, the duck, the quesadillas, not to mention the desserts...I could go on and on - and the quality of your staff.

They were charming, helpful and worked very hard to ensure both my husband and I were able to enjoy the party and relax without any worries!

Working with you and your company was a pleasure. I actually sent a thank you note in the mail on Saturday, so you should get it this week. I found everyone to be very professional, helpful, friendly and the food selections for the evening event were delicious! Also, I loved the red wine selection.
